on a principle that is as simple as it
is ingenious: The tensile stress of
the vibrating string is influenced by
the mass introduced, which changes
the vibration frequency of the string.
The weight is calculated from this
change in the vibration frequency.

Pesa belt weighing systems with installed conveyor belts and trigger light barriers (e.g. for product recognition) were designed for integration in conveyor lines and for weight checking in dynamic processes with a high throughput capacity.

Weighing data is output with automatic transfer by means of data call-up via a serial interface. A bus module guarantees incorporation into field bus systems (Profibus DP), so that Pesa systems can also be operated with conveyors already installed on the customer's premises.
